point of view of lennie..... I was walking to get my pups, when i seen the light on in crooks room. so i walked in and started to talk to him he was telling me how what is george wasnt to come back. i told Crook that George wouldnt do that because i been with george a long time. Crook started to tell me what if he couldnt come home because he got hurt or killed. i told Crook that aint nothing going to happen to George bacause he is careful. he wont get hurt he aint never been hurt.
When Lennie walk in to crook room :I was sitting on my bed when i saw this big fella comin in his name was lennie i said to him.What you doing comin in my room nobody is allowed in my room but me.The lennie guy answered i just come to pet my pup he was smiling .well ain't no pup in here don't come in a place where you're not wanted I said the lennie fella lost his smile.He advanced a step into my room "slim say i ain't to pet'em very much the lennie guy said.I said to him well you been takin'em out of the nest all the time.Iwonder the old lady don't move'em someplace else".Basilous
i was lost in the daze thinking back on a memory that made me laugh out loud. stupid jerk curly thought i was laughing at him and said something to me.Then he started hitting me.His hits hurt the bleeding got me ferious. I didnt want no trouble, scared ti hit back and upset geogre. But once i heard him say get 'em i defended myself. Didnt mean too do much harm i just couldnt control my self much longer.
